Licensed in 2003, Bettsy was recognized by the Santa Cruz Association of REALTORS® as REALTOR® of the Year in 2012. She has also earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designations, along with the Santa Cruz Pro designation. Before entering real estate, Bettsy earned a B.S. in Earth Science from UCSC, became a research scientist for the U.S. Geological Survey, moved to the tech industry for a few years and ran her own packaging brokerage where she gained invaluable knowledge while collaborating with people from varying walks of life. Now an accomplished agent, Bettsy enjoys utilizing the latest technological tools to make sure buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals.

Maddie graduated with a B.A. in Business Management from the University of San Francisco and is also a certified Santa Cruz Pro dedicated to stellar customer service. She continues to grow the team’s social media presence, keep the transaction process organized and provide one-on-one guidance that eases the stress clients may be feeling. Having worked as an events manager for the Land Trust of Santa Cruz County, Maddie knows how to think on her feet, remain calm under pressure and offer solutions when issues arise. She finds nothing more rewarding than helping buyers and sellers navigate their real estate journey home.
